All current unexpired certifications are valid for 6-months or expiration date, whichever is first. The certification check can be found on the ACCBC site from the menu above. If you are a counselor or registrant expiring soon you may consider transferring as a precaution while the ACCBC reapplies for counselor certifying accreditation.
